Bitter sweet homecoming

God welcoming me back into America

I am writing this last blog in the comforts of my home, a bitter sweet moment that's for sure. This trip home was a lot less eventful then my trip to Africa. I am not sure if I wanted one of my flights to get delayed so I could go to another country, or I just wanted to come home. But I am happy that I got home safely and I can finally see my family!

On my last flight to Cleveland

My first flight out of Lusaka went fine besides the fact that my suitcase was to heavy. Oops I guess I should of checked that before I got to the airport. On my trip there I had 2 checked bags, but on the way back I only had one and I forgot how heavy it might be. So here I am at the counter trying to put stuff into my carry on. The guy then makes me weigh my carry on, very well knowing it would be heavier. He told me that my carry on could only be 7kg and mine was 15kg haha oops double the weight. I was not aware of this rule, so you know me I worked the guy over to let my carry-on be heavier. I bought some stuff at the market before so I had a bunch of things in my carry-on that I was not putting in my suitcase. After about 15min of switching things and arguing with the attendant (yes I know probably not my finest moment) I got it all sorted out and he gave up and let me go. I think he just realized I had a case, that one item was carry on and the other is personal and that there has never been a weight limit before in carry-on. Then I had to go through security again, forgetting that I put my bottles of lotion and other things in my carry-on to lessen the weight on my checked bag. So they threw away all my almost full bottles. Thankfully I my flight was on time and I got the aisle seat on South American Airlines.

Awesome African store!

When I got into Joburg I had to go through customs again, that line was about an hour but thankfully I had another 2 hours before my next flight. After I got through I got some snacks and drinks. I also did a little shopping at this sweet "out of Africa store" for my African themed kitchen. I can't wait to decorate it with all my new purchases. At 6 on Sunday I went to my gate to board, and went through another check. I couldn't believe I was doing another one, that was 3 in this airport. They felt me up and then went through my carry-ons very carefully. They made me throw out my new bottles of water, which is ridiculous, when you buy things in the airport you can bring them with you on the plane. You should of seen it, loads of people sitting there chugging their drinks they all just bought.  I am sure they all had to use the bathroom an hour into the flight. Finally after that whole deal we boarded the plane and I sat in another aisle seat of two with this lovely Christian believer. We chatted a lot of the way. It's amazing how much God cares about His children. I prayer for a lady to sit by and here he brings me the sweetest 30 year old African Christian, couldn't of asked for a better seat mate, thanks God. Most trips I wouldn't care but that was an 18 hour flight, but it went great. You had your own tv and it had tons of shoes and movies. We got dinner, a snack and breakfast. The good was great and the trip went by very fast!

My passport finally has stamps on it!

Once I landed in Washington DC we went through custom's again and another security check. I then had to travel across the airport to my next terminal. I said my goodbyes to my new friend and we exchanged contact information. She was a Au'Pair for a family in Cincinnati and she was coming back for a visit for one of the kids wedding. Once I got to my gate I found out my flight was slightly delayed but I was okay with it because I was finally able to talk to my family and use my phone! The plane back to Cleveland was a small plane but I sat by myself on another aisle seat. God was good to me on my trip home and I thankful for that. Once I landed my mom, Zach and Zach's girlfriend Brittany was there to greet me! I wish my dad could of been there and Amanda and Eric but they all had appointments this morning! But I was happy the 3 of then were there it was a nice surprise! As I am landing in Cleveland I am not shocked by the weather, cloudy and overcast like always,  I am not in Africa anymore. The entire hour trip into Cleveland was turbulence, people were making their hands white from gripping their seats so hard, it was kinda of fun.

My sign and balloons!

I come down the elevator to the baggage claim and there my mom and Brittany are waiting with a sign and balloons for me!! It was so good to see them, I ran and gave them a huge hug! Then I went to the car and saw Zachary and I think he have me the biggest hug he ever gave me in my entire life! After we just chatted all the way to breakfast and went out to Bob Evans! I feel like I didn't even leave, it is like my life was in pause and I just pushed play again! I can't believe my trip is already over, I'm starting to get sad, but also happy to be home, it's a weird feeling.  After breakfast I saw my dad and then went to bed. Now I am here at my house and my trip is all done!! What more can I really say? I am so thankful for my Savior to bless me with this trip. Thanks to everyone who made this possible, I couldn't of done it without you!! I might get back on Facebook so more people can see pictures! In till next time,God bless!

Till next time Africa :(

At Tanis's house

It is hard to believe that I am sitting here writing my last blog in Africa! People keep asking me if I will come back, honestly I don't know. Yes, I would love to come back again, but probably for longer. But, I am on Gods timetable, who knows what He has in store for my next. I am committed for the next year in Ohio for sure, but I have no idea what my next few years will be like. A few months ago I wrote out my 5 year plan, boy has that not gone the way I planned. It is almost like God just chuckled at me and said "wait my child for I have a way better plan for you." It is pretty cool knowing that no matter what happens My Savior will always be there to take care of me. I am excited to see where He takes me, I am ready for Him to take control of my life.

Chitokoloki's women ward
The 10 yr old with the bad leg

The last day in Chit was Friday. I got up at 6 and decided to take a run before the hospital. It was so peaceful and beautiful running beside the river with the sun coming up. When I got to the hospital I decided to get a head start on some of the dressing changes. Then the Dr came in and we did rounds on all the patients. Let me tell you, this doctor sure loves quiz you, he is in teacher mode for sure. I think he asked me 10 questions in a row, I probably knew 2 answers. Next time, if I come back I will be ready for him! After rounds a women was in labor with twins, now I had to help with that. The first was breach (legs first), but JR did a great job of getting him out, then the girl came out 10 minutes later head first. They were about 4lbs each so cute and small! When that was finished I did a few more dressings and then the Loloma car came with the patients. So I went home and got my stuff on a, get this, 4 wheeler. Ya Chitokoloki has four wheelers to get around. They had more supplies and drugs, it made me sad and jealous thinking of what they had and what Loloma had. Around one I said my goodbyes and we headed back to Loloma.
How cute is he?
The twins that you can't see haha

It was nice to be home, it never felt right at Chit. I guess that's how God works, He knows where the right place is for you! When I got one Julie, Daisy and Becka greeted me and we all went on a little walk before the sun went down. Then we went over to Daisys to have our last girls night together. We had our omelets again with popcorn, tea and a movie! Then I went home to pack and cleanup the house. Around 10 I went to Beckas to exchange pictures then went to bed.

Loloma's airstrip
Daisy,Julie,Daniel,Kara,David,me (Becka taking the picture)

Saturday morning I got up and finished packing and headed over to Julie's one last time. She made me some breakfast and then the Beer kids came over and we sat and caught up. Before we headed to the airstrip, I went to the hospital to say my last few goodbyes and take some pictures. They gave me some medications to take home just invade I get sick, I will have the treatment already (saves me some money and the hassle.) We got to the airstrip and a few minutes later John came flying by. I said my last few goodbyes and gave many sad hugs. As I entered the plane I waved goodbye and all the people standing and watching  waved back. Saying goodbye to these amazing people was hard but I had an amazing life changing experience  and I will never forget this trip!

Saying my goodbyes at the Loloma hospital

We flew into Lusaka a few hours later and headed back to the flight/guest house. Then a few of us went to the market/mall to get some shopping done. I couldn't believe they had a mall, boy way Lusaka much diff then the village. Guess what we had for dinner, KFC. Can you believe it haha? Then we came back and now I am just relaxing and writing up this blog. I have wifi here so it is very easy to write a blog.
Bought some fresh donuts
NANDO'S, my favorite hot sauce!

Tomorrow I will be going to the market right before I go to the airport to look at a  few last minute souvenirs. I decided to make my kitchen African themed and I need a few more things (Alexandria said she is okay with it :) ). I wish I could go to meeting but here in Africa they start worship at like noon and I will be already at the airport. I am very excited to go home and have a English speaking breaking of bread next Sunday! So tomorrow my flight leaves Lusaka at 1, from there I fly into Johannesburg, South Africa. Then I have a 18 hour flight to Washington DC from there, then my last flight is to Cleveland. I should be arriving around 10am on Monday (if all goes smoothly). I will write on last blog when I get home to let everyone know that I am home safe. I wonder what kind of trip The Lord has in store for me on my trip home? If it is anything like my trip to Africa, I will be visiting 4 different countries. On this entire trip I figured it out how many places I went. I have been to 6 countries in Africa, and 2 other counties besides that. At one point when we were on our safari in the speed boat on Zambezi river, I was in 4 countries at one time. Now that is pretty cool, who can say that!

Just some puppies at the Beer house
The point of the river where you are in 4 countries at one time!!

So as I close this chapter in my life, I come home and start another one. This trip has been one heck of an experience and I have so many people to thank for that! But it mostly comes down to one that made this trip so amazing and that is my Father in Heaven. Why I ever doubted Him is beyond me, He has showed me and taught me so much. I have mostly Him to thank! Without Him this trip would of been pointless. To think that He would choose me to be one of His children to do His work is something I will never understand. I hope when I get back I can keep spending the gospel, because people in American need it just as bad as the people in Africa. As the girls sang at camp "my desire is to know my Lord," and getting to know Him better will help me do a better job at telling others about The One that came to save them from an eternity of punishment, to be with Him in Heaven forever! "I once was lost but now I am found, was blind but now I see.Amazing grace how sweet the sound that saves a wrench like me." Just makes me smile just singing that song! Well I am off to bed, got a long day of traveling! Till the next time, in America!

Just another day at the hospital (in Chitokoloki)

Some of the boys that have been here for awhile

-might be a few pictures that if people don't have stomachs for, might find gross, sorry.

Wednesday was another great day at the mission hospital, how can it not be when your helping these amazing people! Working with Dr. McAdam was a challenge but a great adventure. He is a good teacher and really likes to ask questions and make you think and use your knowledge. I saw a few disturbing things today that made me cringe with sadness! There was a boy that got his leg run over by an ox cart (which is a real problem here). He is 10 years old and came from Loloma and had to have his leg re-dressed. I was holding this little boys hand as the Dr was trying to literally peal off the gauze from his leg. He is screaming and crying in pain and I had to beg the Dr to give this poor boy some Ketamine, thank goodness mid way through he gave the boy some medications. It gave the boy some relief but after you see the pictures you will see why he was crying so bad. The doctor finally peeled off the layers and I was in shock of what the boys leg looked like, nothing like I have ever seen. After we re-dressed it, I stayed with the boy till he woke up. I couldn't let him leave the way he came in. So I took some wipes and soap and cleaned him up, he looked much better. Then I let him listen to some christian music on my phone and he loved that. Gave him my phone to play with and he told me he wasn't in anymore pain, I was very pleased. After 15 min we returned him back to his room. He reached for my hand and I held it for a sec and he looked right at me and you could see in his eyes he was really thankful for staying with him. Things like that make you love your job, I walked away with tears in my eyes. How will I leave this place on Saturday?

The smell just hits you, he barely has a leg. He will probably lose it.

After lunch I got a chance to see a few of the pediatric patients and play with then a bit! That's always my favorite part of the day. I enjoy ped's when the kids are happy and smiling but hate it when I have to deal with a kid crying and screaming in pain. I found some bubbles and the kids just adored that and kept trying to catch the bubbles. I let them try and blow the bubbles and they thought that was so cool! Can you believe that this is my job? The kids here are something else, they just love attention and love, and I am happy to give it to them! You walk by and kids wave at you, if you hold out your hand they come running to touch your hand! If you stay and talk a little with them, they actually thank you.
Playing with the kids

Thursday is theater day and that is always an exciting day. On the first surgery I got to actually get to scrub in. Which means that I do the full sterile scrub and get to assist the surgeon by handing him utensils and helping cut. This was cool, I never gotten to do this before. JR, one of the nurses here taught me so much, she is a great teacher. The first surgery was a removal of an ovarian cyst, this thing was about 10 pounds full of fluid, it was huge. Andrew, one of the doctors son's scrubbed in also and got to assist in part of the surgery, he told me that was his first one, he did a good job. Chitokoloki is a really good teaching hospital, learning and seeing so much after two days.
The cyst

My professional Anaesthetist record

After tea break there was a hysterectomy, which I have seen before so I didn't scrub in for it. But I acted as the Anaesthetist, which was exciting. I gave the patient some medications and hung the fluids. I watched the vitals and recorded them every 15 minutes. I had to notify the surgeon if the pulse or blood pressure dropped to much. I had more medications ready in case we needed them for a drop of vitals.
Here we are in the first surgery!

After lunch I went to visit the little boy from Wednesday. I walked in and smiled at him and he just grinned from ear to ear and held out his hand. I held it and asked him how he was doing, he said he was doing better and he asked if he could play with my phone again. Then I helped some of the nurses plaster club feet. Then after they we were all done, I had to give the little kids little baths. They were so dirty I just love making the kids clean, even if it is for a few minutes. Finally to finish the day I scrubbed in another surgery and handed all the tools to the doctor. By 6 I was all done and very exhausted. Tanis, one of the nurses here brought over some pizza for dinner. Emma, the girl I was staying with left for a girls camp and it was just me in the house. Then after dinner I went to Tanis's house and had a movie night with her and her 2 girls! Friday I am leaving in the morning to head back to Loloma. I am excited to go back, it feels more like home there, I am much more comfortable there! But I am so glad I got to come here and get this experience in Chitokoloki. I will write another time on my trip home to America! Can't believe I am only a few days away from seeing my  family and friends!!
Kids all knocked out, bathed and plastered!

5 days without a mirror does a girl good

Jen and I wearing our head scarves like the Zambian women! (Turbans?)

First off I would like to say happy birthday to my amazing mother! I wish I was there with you on your birthday, mommy but I will see you soon. I hope you have a great day today, I miss and love you very much! Also happy birthday to my new friend Harriet she left Africa a few days ago and today she turns 21! Have a good birthday, miss you already! I hope to visit you one day in the Uk!

 singing competition-counselors won

Today is the last day of camp, it is vey sad. I have gotten to know a lot of the girls, and so many have accepted Christ it is amazing how the Holy Spirit works. I have loved teaching the Zambian girls how to play kickball and touch football. It is fun to use my coaching skills and love of sports all the way in Africa! Getting up at 6 in the morning as been a little rough, but let me tell you it is a way to wake up your body, running at such high altitude that early in the morning.
The girls answering questions

This camp has not only been great for the girls but it has been a huge change in my Christian life also!! My 6 weeks in Africa is almost up and this experience had changed my life forever. The people I have met and the things I have seen have been nothing I have ever experienced before, I hope it will change me forever! Having to pray for these girls day and night and talk to them about The Lord and answering their questions, has shown me how little I really known about my Amazing God! Last night we watched a DVD called "how great is our God" by Louie Giglio and if no one has seen it, I encourage you to watch it. One of the best videos I have seen in a while. The movie was showing how big the universe is and how small and insignificant we are, but God still loved us enough to die on the cross for our sins. I became so speechless to think that He choose me! Here I am being a girl again and sitting there and crying to think of His love for me.

A few of the amazing missionary women here at this camp!!

Today we did a huge quiz over the entire 5 days lessons, to see how much the girls have learned is amazing.  We gave out prizes for the memory verses, inspection of cabins, the best head scarves, and the quiz! All the girls got bibles which is a blessing because most of them don't have one! Just being able to tell the girls how great their God is has made me more at awe of Him now then when I started this camp! The Holy Spirit has worked so much it is a miracle watching Him do His thing! I can't wait to be able to finally see My Lord's face and give Him a huge hug for what He has done for me. I am not going to Hell because of His wounds and resurrection . God punished His perfect son, Jesus instead of me, what great news!

Jammed packed heading to Chit!

We are just finishing up lunch and packing up the rest of the things. I will be going from here to Chitokoloki with Jennie till Friday. I will get to see what their missionary hospital is like, Dr. David McAdams works there and it will be cool to work with him. Then Friday I will be coming back to Loloma and packing everything up and saying goodbye and leaving Saturday morning back to the flight house. Sunday I will be traveling back to the America, we will see if my trip back will be as exciting as my trip here! I will miss everyone dearly, I wonder what God has in store for me next. I thought I knew what He wanted for me, but He has shown me that my plans are not His will and I am excited to see what He has planned for my life next (maybe it is to come to Zambia again, who knows.) All I know is I am more happy then I can put into words, the peace I feel is nothing I can begin to explain, and I thank everyone who made this trip possible. God will bless you and I thank everyone for the thoughts and prayers over the last few months! I am off for now, I hope to write one more time in Chit and then one final blog on my trip home telling everyone  of my adventures back to The States!

Camping in style

Holding a baby croc

After our lovely day at the safari we had to say goodbye to our friend Harriet the next morning. Her bus left to Lusaka at 6:40am while ours didn't leave till 10pm. Since we had all day to do stuff around Livingstone we decided to go to the crocodile park. We got to feed some animals and David got to into the cage with the crocs, we even got to hold baby crocodiles. They had snacks and turtles that we held also. That only took till noon, so we thought it would be smart to walk back to our hostel. Not so smart it was up hill all the way back and it was very hot. We saw a village market on our way back and decided to stop and shop for some souvenirs, there was also a few places to eat. We ended up eating at a pizza place, my first time since coming to Africa! I had a pizza called Mexican fiesta, it was very good with jalapeƱos and meat, my kind of pizza. I even got ice cream, can you believe it-vanilla with chocolate sauce, yummy. At the market I bargained my way to a lot of good deals. I hope Alexandria is ready for our African theme apartment! I just couldn't pass on these home-made house hold items. I had to teach Jennie how to bargain, apparently it doesn't come naturally like it does for me, I have my mom to thank for that!
Godzilla

Later that day we decided to play cards, play ping-pong and read and relax before our long journey back to Lusaka. Around 9 we packed up our stuff and walked to the bus station, at that moment I was glad David was with us, it was very sketchy. When we got to the bus station we waited in line to make sure we were one of the first on. There was only 60 seats and there was way more then 100 people waiting. What looked like our bus drove up and everyone from the ride before got out and dumped trash on the ground. A little boy came up and started picking through the trash and throwing it away. I don't care if it is for money or not, a child shouldn't have to pick up trash, it was hard to watch. We then loaded on the bus and made our way to our seats. There was no air condition and the bus was over crowded, it was a brutal 8 hours. Every few hours the lights go one and people bump pass you to get off, there was no way I was getting any sleep that night. We arrived in Lusaka before 6 and had no idea, just thought it was another stop. 30 minutes later we realize we are at our destination and called for a taxi driver. We then got into the guest house at 7, and decided to have a little breakfast. Jennie and I didn't need to be at the airport till noon and we wanted to take a nap. I felt like I just came from work at Hillcrest, going to sleep at 8 in the morning.
Some of my purchases
The market

In the kitchen during breakfast a boy said hi to me and I looked at him and said wait haven't I seen you before! The craziest thing- there was 2 boys and 1 girl that was staying at Jollyboys at the same time as us. They went on the bus back to Lusaka that morning before us. To see them at the flight house was just crazy. Ended up learning that their parents use to be missionaries in Zambia, and that's how they ended up knowing the same people as us- what a small world ( to remind you Lusaka is on the opposite end of Zambia.) At noon Gordon Hanna took us to the airport and we then took another small plane into Loloma, I got to be co-pilot this time. Don the pilot let me fly it a little, he was very relaxed. We flew into Loloma around    4:30 and we were out the door to the girls camp.

From Friday to Tuesday we would be camping in tents. Which to be fair I thought that's what I would be staying in the entire time I would be here and only 5 days is great! Julie got out mattress and sleeping bags, camping in style. We had holes for toilets and cold water for showers, but hey you have to experience village life some time. Friday we got into the camp site and set up our tent- well I watched as I never camp and have no idea how to set one up. Then was dinner of shima, beans and leaves, which was delicious as always. Then we met all the girls and got assigned a cabin. We had what was called "quiet time" with the girls and talked about The Lord Jesus dying on the cross for their sins! I was amazed at how they didn't think Hell was that bad of a place. I told them it would be so dark they wouldn't be able to see their hand in front of their face. I told them that they would thirst and not have anything to drink-ever, and that they would live in all eternity in the lake of fire. They were all very shocked, thinking that if all their friends are there in Hell it would be fun- ya not so much! After quiet time we all went to bed.
The morning session
Making shima

The next morning I woke up at 6 for exercise. Me and one of the other counselors ran with them, I taught them jumping jacks and they just loved doing them, laughing the entire time. After exercise we had another quiet time and learned about John 14:6" I am the way the truth and the life, no man comes to the father except through me." It is amazing how the Holy Spirit works because just last week at youth group the was the very same passage we talked about! After quiet time we had bread rolls with peanut butter and bananas with tea and coffee. That has become a favorite of mine since being here. After breakfast we had a learning session on some of the different names of God. Example: "The Bread of Life, I Am." After the session we sang and discussed what we learned. There is about 140 Jr/senior girls here and each counselor has about 12 girls. We then had lunch with shima, chicken, fish, beans and leaves, 4 hours later I am still full. Then we had hand craft where the girls are learning how to sew a head scarf , and I am as well. We had a second session about teaching the girls about sexual diseases and abortion. They don't have much health classes at school. Most girls have had sex by age 15 and they don't know any better. Later that evening we had dinner followed by the last quiet time of the day. I am getting to know the girls very quickly. I hope I can be a help to the girls and we can become friends. Already one girl professed to accept Jesus last night, which is wonderful news!
Craft time
Shima

That is all I will write for now, sorry to cram so many things into one blog. The interest has not been working very good, none of my blogs will publish. I can't believe I have wifi right now in the bush. One of the missionaries here needs Internet to help translate the bible in another language, so we get the privilege of having Internet also!!

3 countries in 3 days

Zambezi river

We started our morning at 6 this morning, I think we were the only people up, it was still dark and cold. We ended up getting frosted flakes at the market and we all had that for breakfast, little did we know we were getting fed like kings on this safari trip. At 7 a bus was at Jollyboys to take us to our destination in Botswana, it was 45 minutes to the border and then we got our passport stamped and took a speed boat across Zambezi River. When we got into Botswana we had to get our passport stamped again and we had to walk in this disinfectant for mad cow disease, it was weird and i didn't understand it, but I did it (looked like muddy water, I didn't want to get my shoes all nasty). Our new driver then took us to this little resort where we paid for our trip and they rewarded us with muffins, donuts, tea and coffee; I think lol or they just thought we should feed them for spending so much (well that's what I thought at least). The food was still warm and it tasted so good, the view was gorgeous-over looking the river and it was a great start to our day.
Our resort for our safari

Flowers in Botswana

After tea we then started our tour on the water, the boat was like a big pontoon, holding about 35 of us (30 were Koreans, plus us four). We saw loads of crocs and elephants which was really cool. We saw hippos and water bucks (another animal with my last name, ain't that just cool). There were loads of different birds and antelopes that we saw too. The most fun was watching the Koreans just have a blast and taking more pictures imaginable. We started talking to them and they were all from South Korea and were in Africa on a medical conference, taking a few medical and nursing students with them. There was an American and I spotted him a mile away, he was not enthused with all the pictures and animals. I was chatting with him and found out he is from Indiana, what a small world. The Koreans just loved us, kept taking pictures with us, asked us for our emails, made the trip more fun. There was one girl that escaped from North Korea and got into nursing school in South Korea and has one more year left. Pretty crazy to think of what's happening there, we are so fortunate to be able to preach the gospel freely.

Around 12:30 our morning tour ended and we went back for lunch. Let me tell you, this meal was made for a king and his family. They had everything and it was all amazing and fresh and the four of us ate way to much, what us is new. The best part was, we got free wifi for an hour and that was a treat since we have been paying for it at Jollyboys. After lunch we got picked up by our afternoon driver on the land portion of our tour. He took us to a national park but they aren't caged in or anything, they live a normal life with some sand roads where the safari trucks did their tours. We saw more elephants, giraffes, some pumbas and zazoos from the lion king ( the bird and warthog). That was cool, of course I broke out in song from the lion king-" oh I just can't wait to be king." Saw more hippos and monkeys and more birds and antelopes and a few other animals that I don't know their name of-oops. Our tour guy was very funny and it was only the four of us so we got to mess around and get some sweet shots. Then at 4 our tour ended and he took us back to the resort place where we first started, got some cold drinks and then were back on the road back to Zambia. We got onto the speed boat again and got into Zambia, having to pay $50 to get back in, ridiculous! Then another 45 minute ride back in the bus back to Jollyboys, coming in around 6pm.

We went to the market again and got more food for dinner, like we need anymore food. We then walked to the bus station to buy our bus passes for tomorrow's trip back to Lusaka. Harriet is getting the bus by herself at 6 in the morning because her flight home is that evening and the 3 of us are getting the 10pm bus through the night and will be getting in around 5-6 Friday morning. We decided it would be cheaper to not spend another night here or a night at the flight house, Jennie and I don't have to catch our plane till the afternoon, so we figured we would go into Lusaka and shop around till our flight leaves. David will be staying in Lusaka for 2 more days and we will be flying back into Loloma.

Tomorrow we were hoping to do water rafting but it is to expensive so we are going to shop and go to the crocodile park, I hope to do one more post before I leave for girls camp. I will be there with Jennie and other women from Loloma from Friday- Tuesday and will be heading to Chit for a few days, volunteering in the mission hospital there. Then I'll be coming back to Loloma next Friday and flying back again to Lusaka and saying the night in the flight house before I head back home to Ohio on the 18th of August. It will go by quick, hoping to get in a few more life changing experiences before I go home. I am heading to bed now, almost midnight here and it's been a long day, good night and God bless!
